Seawater desalination can be an ideal solution for industrial water supply e.g. power plants, refineries, and petrochemical facilities. This is even truer where there is available waste heat, as thermal desalination technologies can significantly drive down operating costs and drive up operational efficiencies.

IDE’s latest thermal desalination technologies deliver many advantages to a wide range of industries.  This webinar will share our latest insights into how waste heat can be utilized to deliver effective and efficient seawater desalination, while integrating perfectly into a new or existing industrial facility.

In this free webinar by IDE’s Tomer Efrat you will learn:

  • How MED (multi-effect distillation) can be the ideal solution for industrial water needs
  • How specific challenges such as high quality boiler feed water can be met efficiently
  • How such solutions fit into new or existing infrastructures
  • Actual case studies showing how these solutions really do work
